PROHIBITED  ACTIONS/ACTIVITIES

1.    No disturbance, destruction or damage to any plant life, any animal life or their natural habitats, streams, ponds, springs, underground aquifers, soil and rocks is allowed.

2.    No non-native animal species which might compete with, or harm native species and result in their decline is allowed to be introduced into the wild.

3.    No hunting is allowed within the subdivision.

4.    No existing tree may be cut, removed or voluntarily destroyed without obtaining the prior written approval of the Board of Directors of the Homeowners’ Association.

5.    No Loud, offensive, or other behavior which harasses or frightens wildlife in common areas is allowed.

6.    No discharge of any firearm is allowed within the subdivision.

7.    No bells, chimes or other loud noises are allowed.

8.    Not more than two generally recognized house pets are permitted (cats or dogs), provided, however, that such animals shall at all times be restrained or leashed.

9.    At no time will domestic animals chase or otherwise harass wildlife or people.

10. No artificial feeding of big game, including but not limited to deer, elk, moose, big horn sheep, bear, mountain lion, etc., is allowed.

11. No outside storage of pet food is allowed.

12. No open fires are allowed within the subdivision.

13. No use of fireworks within the Subdivision's property boundaries is allowed.

14. No RV trailer (travel trailer or truck-bed mounted travel trailer) designed to provide temporary facilities for recreational, travel or camping use and designed to be pulled by a motor vehicle may be parked on the lot unless kept inside a garage and out of sight.

15. No tent, tepee, shack, garage or vehicle designed to provide temporary living quarters, facilities or shelter (for example, a travel trailer, motor home or camper) shall be used at any time within the subdivision as a residence or a place for habitation or sleeping, temporarily or permanently.

16. No outdoor yard light will be allowed.

17. No motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATV's or motorbikes may be used within the property except to come and go from the property.

18. No motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs or motorbikes shall be operated prior to 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.

19. No trash, waste, garbage, litter, junk or refuse shall be thrown, dumped or left on any portion of the premises and no burning of the same shall be permitted.

TRASH & GARBAGE MANAGEMENT

1.    Trash and garbage must be placed in suitable bear-proof receptacles and/or receptacles secured in enclosures that preclude access by wildlife.

2.    Except for morning of pick up, trash and garbage receptacles must be screened or otherwise unexposed to public view.
