Protective covenants
Protective Covenants of Firelight Subdivision, Gallatin County, Montana
The Original Protective Covenants (OPC) was established for the purpose of maintaining a uniform and stable value, character, architectural design, use and development of the Firelight Subdivision, Phase 1 (the Subdivision) and all improvements constructed within the Subdivision. The OPC mandated the formation of a Homeowners' Association and the Architectural Committee and defined their responsibilities and authority. The OPC also identified prohibited activities within the Subdivision. It was originally signed and imposed on future owners within the Subdivision by the original owners/ developers on September 19, 1996. [Ref: Gallatin County Records Number (GCRN) 353151 filed October 28, 1997 and for omissions, corrections & amendment see GCRNs 2018360, 2099446 & 2132725] Protective Covenants, Revision 1, was approved by 21 (81%) of the owners of 26 Lots within the Subdivision, Phase 1, and supersedes and replaces the Original Protective Covenants
